EMBRACE |BM1
Embrace | BM1 is one of the two core modules in the Embrace system. Crafted from oak veneer and stainless steel, BM1 mounts between floor and ceiling and helps create clear zones with structure and purpose.
BM1 is made to define your space—without building walls. Where BM2 softens a room, BM1 gives it structure.
Available in two height ranges: 236–252 cm and 286–302 cm.
Where it works best
Hallways and entrances, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and dining areas, home offices, studio apartments, and open-plan homes.
It’s a strong alternative to permanent partitions or New Yorker walls — more flexible, visually lighter, and easier to adapt as life changes.

BM1 and BM2 can be combined to build wider room dividers or longer architectural lines.
Adjustment roundel must extend minimum 30 mm and maximum 110 mm.
This product has been tested according to the European standard EN 16121:2023 / AC:2025, which checks strength, durability, and stability for furniture used in everyday environments. The testing simulates regular use over time to ensure the product performs as intended when installed and used correctly.

The adjustment roundel must extend minimum 3 cm (30 mm) and maximum 11 cm.

Wipe with a cloth that has been wrung out thoroughly in water. Avoid leaving any liquid on the wood surface.
Please note: Wood can change tone over time, especially when exposed to sunlight. Occasionally move accessories to ensure even UV exposure.

Yes. BM1 is mounted between floor and ceiling using both tension and screws. When installed correctly and with the adjustment roundel extended at least 3 cm (30 mm) and no more than 11 cm, the setup is stable and secure. Always follow the assembly manual.
BM1 is installed using screws, so small screw holes will be made in both ceiling and floor. These are minimal and comparable to holes from standard fixtures, and can be repaired if the system is removed later.

No. Embrace is not an acoustic product like Akupanels. Accessories may soften the room visually, but there are no acoustic benefits.
