The story about WoodUpp (the short version).
WoodUpp was founded by Mads Vesterby Hansen in 2016 as part of a school project. If you had you own company, then you could do an internship in the company and thus WoodUpp was founded. Mads' father, Per Vesterby Hansen, had his own veneer business and Mads vision was to create a product that he could produce at his fathers factory and sell directly to the end consumer via a webshop.
In 2018 Mads and Per invented the Akupanel and since then the business has expanded into a global company with more than 55 employees and sales to customers all over Europe, Canada and USA.
