Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the continental USA, regardless of product type or quantity (please note that taxes are not included). Panels are packed in quantities of two in a box and shipped via UPS to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Samples are shipped free of charge (in the continental USA) via the best option available to your location.

Should your order exceed 15 panels, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@woodupp.com. We can discuss freight shipping options to significantly reduce the risk of carrier-related damages.

We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. For orders destined for these locations, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. The calculation takes into account the total number of panels in your order, factoring in their weight to ensure accurate shipping fees.

For our tax-exempt customers, we’ve made the process simple for you. Just forward your tax exemption certificate to hello@woodupp.com along with your order details before making your purchase. This step is crucial as we’re unable to issue tax refunds on orders processed without prior submission of the tax exemption documentation.

Delivery time

Orders containing Akupanels are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on destination.

Samples are shipped on the same day the order has been placed (in case the order is placed before the given carriers cut-off, except weekends and public holidays) Packages are delivered within 4-7 working days, depending on destination.

If you are tax exempt, please email your certificate to CustomerService BEFORE you make your purchase. In the instance you purchase before sending your certificate, taxes can NOT be reimbursed.

Please note WoodUpp does NOT include custom or duty charges to any orders. These charges are decided by the country of which your products are being delivered to.
