www.woodupp.com accept the following payment methods:

Payment with card will be subject to 1.45% of the purchase in additional fee. The amount will be withdrawed from your card only when the goods are sent from www.woodupp.com We will never withdraw a larger amount than approved at the point of purchase.
All prices include VAT and other duties. Prices are current prices.
Delivery
Shipping of goods is always done with a courier.
Delivery happens to curbside. Carrying in the goods is not included.
For samples you can choose from the following delivery options:
- GLS – Pick up point
- GLS – Home delivery
- GLS – Business delivery
Return Policy
These rules apply only to sales to consumers, unless otherwise agreed.

The period starts from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the last item in cases involving multiple different items ordered in one transaction but delivered separately or in stages.
- You take physical possession of the last lot or piece in cases involving a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots/parts.
- You take physical possession of the first item in cases of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 100 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment within 100 days from receiving the order. Notification must be made via email to pm@woodupp.com. In your message, please clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right to cancel.

You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing to accept the goods without also providing clear notification of your intention to do so.
The following types of items are not covered by the return policy:
- Items that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or have been clearly personalized.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
Return
At woodupp.com, you pay your return costs yourself. You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed securely. You bear the risk of the item up to the time of delivery of the item. You can usefully reuse the packaging from woodupp.com. The absence of original packaging may represent a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging. Enclose a copy of the order confirmation or clearly state which order number it is regarding.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that you will receive only part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical shop. You are allowed to test the product, but do not take it in real use. If a product has been used, the depreciation will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, be sure to keep the protective foil on the goods until you are sure that you will not make use of the right of cancellation.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, the amount of the purchase will be deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement.
We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have submitted, before then, proof of return.

You can also cancel the purchase by providing clear notice and handing it in personally at the above address, against prior agreement.
Campaign Bonus Terms
(Marketing campaigns don’t apply to business customers.)
Free Products and Discounts with Minimum Purchase Value:
During special promotions, customers who spend a certain amount may qualify for extra benefits, like a free product or discount. These offers only applies during specific campaigns.
Refund Adjustments:
If you return part of your order and your new order total falls below the required amount to unlock the discount or free product, we’ll adjust your refund. This means your refund will be reduced by the non-discounted sales value of any free products or discounts you no longer qualify for.
Complaints
Deficiency rules of the purchasing law can be applied to purchases of goods. When you shop at www.woodupp.com you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the claim is warranted, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a shipment receipt so that we can repay your shipping costs. When you return the item, please provide information about what the defect is.
In the case of business / commercial purchases, the 24-month right of complaint will lapse and will instead exceed to a one-year warranty.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbrug.dk, provided that the conditions for doing so are met. The address for the Consumer Complaints Board is Carl Jacobsens Vej 39, 2500 Valby.
Moreover, you have the possibility to use EU’s appeals authority ODR (Online Dispute Resolution). Such a complaint can be filed here.
Privacy policy
To make a purchase with us at www.woodupp.com we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We register your personal information with the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal information is registered at WoodUpp and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal information is collected via our website we ensure it always happens with your express consent, so you have been informed which information is being collected and why. The CEO of WoodUpp A/S have access to the registered information about you.
The person in charge of data at woodupp.com is Mads Vesterby Hansen, mvh@woodupp.dk Information submitted to www.woodupp.com is in no way disclosed or sold to a third party, and we register no sensitive personal information.
By assigning to newsletters we register your given e-mail address. The e-mail address is not disclosed to others. When registered at WoodUpp A/S you always have the right to object against the registration. You also have the right to insight in which information is registered about you. You have these rights by the GDPR act and enquiries regarding this should be directed to WoodUpp A/S via e-mail pm@woodupp.com
