Are you the next member of the WoodUpp team?

We are looking for our next customer service talent to join our Dutch department.

There’s nothing better than happy customers. Each day we strive to give our customers the best experience possible. And now we are looking for someone who can help us provide next level customer service. You will become part of a young, international team (our factory is located in Denmark) and you will be working closely together with Jesper, who has started the Dutch department. So if you would like to become part of a start up, then this job is for you.

 

Your tasks:

It’s very simple; We want to become one of the leading companies in the world when it comes to customer service. So obviously it’s important that this vision is something that you resonate with. And since we are building the Dutch department (almost) from the ground up your daily tasks will be:

  • Customer service, which means answering questions of our clients via e-mail, telephone, chat and social-media etc.
  • Administrative work including making sure the correct shipments are sent.
  • Help improving the processes within WoodUpp NL.
  • … and since we are a start up, there can be other tasks like helping with packing our products, helping customers in the “physical shop” etc.
It is not important for us that you have a lot of experience. What’s important to us is that you are a friendly, polite and empathetic person, who can get our customers in a great mood. And don’t worry – we will teach you everything you need to now concerning the daily tasks. We work as a team and take on the challenges together.
Who are we?
WoodUpp is a young Danish start up that makes beautiful acoustic panels, which we sell on our webshop (check them out on Instagram @woodupp_com for more images of our panels). Our clients are mainly private people, but we also serve interior designers, architects and carpenters. We like to do social things and have fun while we work.

Working hours:

We offer a full time job and we imagine that you will be working most days from our office/warehouse in Huizen. Working remotely is not an option.

Monday to Thursday: 08.30 – 16.30
Friday: 08.30 – 13.30

Our Dutch department is based at Goederenweg 13, 1271 EH, Huizen, so preferably you live no more than 30 minutes from Huizen.

Salary will be based on your qualifications.
