Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

·         Free standard shipping: we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC on all orders greater than $159.

·         Orders below $159: a flat rate of $10.00. Addresses in remote delivery areas carry a surcharge of $12.00 or $13.00 depending on the ZIP code; the applicable rate is shown at checkout.

·         Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam: shipping is calculated by weight at checkout and is not eligible for free shipping.

Aluwood outdoor panels

Aluwood outdoor panels are not sold directly through the webshop. The price shown on each product page is the price per panel; to order, use the “Request a quote” button and we will confirm availability and price. Freight for Aluwood is quoted individually for each order.

Delivery time

Orders containing Akupanels are delivered within 5-10 working days. Colour samples are dispatched the same day when ordered before the carrier cut-off, excluding weekends and public holidays, and arrive within 4-7 working days.

How your order is delivered

Smaller orders and samples are delivered by parcel carrier to your address. Larger orders ship by freight carrier: delivery is made to the curb, and unloading and carrying the panels inside is the responsibility of the recipient.

Sales tax

Prices shown on the site exclude sales tax. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Trade customers with a valid tax exemption certificate can submit it in accordance with our Terms of Sale and Delivery.

Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never store your card details.
