Screw holes in the felt from mounting are fine — we expect panels to have been on your wall. Panels that have been cut, trimmed, mitred or otherwise altered in size cannot be returned.

We've broadened our return window from the standard 14 days to a generous 100 days, counted from the day you receive your order, in addition to providing a one (1) year warranty against any defects and deficiencies, also counted from the day you receive your order. The 100-day satisfaction guarantee forms part of our Terms of Sale and Delivery and applies even after the panels have been installed.

Special Considerations

The 100-day satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
