Visiting Melissa
Melissa and her husband had a clear vision of their dream home and made the decision to build it from the ground up. When they discovered their current location, they instantly recognized its perfect suitability for their family.
Being social individuals who enjoy hosting gatherings with friends and family, creating spacious and open rooms was a top priority for them.
They wanted to ensure that there was space for everyone to come together and enjoy each other’s company.
A space where everyone can gather
Melissa is currently studying to become a pedagogue with a focus on helping those who are in most need of assistance. Alongside her passion for pedagogy, she has a deep love for interior design and keeps herself updated with all the latest design trends.
These trends serve as her inspiration for creating the best possible atmosphere in her home, tailored to her and her family’s preferences.
The love for socializing has had a major impact on the overall vibe of their home.
The dream house
Melissa joyfully shares their journey towards their dream home, radiating a sense of pride in the remarkable outcome, which is completely understandable.
Not only are they delighted with their home, but they also appreciate the surroundings.
Being in close proximity to nature and essential amenities was a crucial factor for the family when selecting the location.
No more noise issues
Melissa explains that prior to installing the acoustical panels on their walls and ceilings, they had some other acoustical plates. However, these plates were not sufficient for their spacious kitchen and dining area, so they had to seek an alternative solution.
That’s when Melissa discovered WoodUpp, and fortunately, the panels proved to be effective in eliminating the reverberation in the room.

Discovered WoodUpp
Melissa stumbled upon information online about the effectiveness of acoustical panels in removing reverberation in larger rooms.
That’s when we discovered WoodUpp and decided to order color samples to find the perfect wood tone that would complement our home. We ended up falling in love with the bright hue, and it fits seamlessly into our well-lit room. The panels add a touch of warmth and nature, perfectly harmonizing with the overall aesthetic of our space.
Melissa creatively used the panels in Classic Oak with Grey Felt to craft a beautiful gable, ceiling, and a headboard, achieving a cohesive and inviting ambiance throughout our home.
